Royal Mail, Special Delivery ~ £5.00
Usually arrives next day ~ Your order needs to be placed by midday
We cannot be held responsbile for delays in delivery
Returns
We are happy to provide refunds for any item returned within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be received in the same condition as shipped & unused. Return postage charges are not refundable.
We are unable to accept returns for earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
We are unable to accept returns for personalised items.
We would recommend you return items using an insured & tracked delivery service with proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
